The Sistine Chapel is located inside the Vatican Museums, within Vatican City. Below are the current opening hours for 2025:
 Monday to Saturday:

Open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last entry at 6:00 PM).

Last Sunday of the month:

Open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (last entry at 12:30 PM), with free admission, unless it falls on a religious holiday.

Note: Exit from exhibition areas begins at 6:00 PM.

Nota: l’uscita dai settori museali ed espositivi inizia alle ore 18:00.
